I have had some bad break outs but after using Acne Free system for about a month acne is almost gone. I bought this product to combine with topical creams for best results. It has no effect whatsoever. Other than not helping clear acne it has disgusting smell to it. It smells and tastes like cr*p and it gives me some bad heartburn. I'm an athlete and try my best to follow my work out routine, not that I get paid for it , just it's my lifestyle... Believe it or not I couldn't work out for about 10 days now since I started taking these pills, I have heartburn and bad taste in my mouth. I do not have any stomach problems and the bad taste is exactly the taste of these pills. Maybe it's purpose to make you weak and lazy so you have less testosterone and you get less acne, don't know about that. But I'd tell you to keep away from this product and spend your money somewhere else because not only this product doesn't work but also it has some "side effects" ( bad taste and smell, etc.)
